General Questions

Every Event Pass includes the following: 

  • Lunch each full day of the conference 
  • Entrance to all sessions with in-demand Catholic speakers 
  • Access to evening concerts and entertainment 
  • Conference resources, such as the SEEK app and access to our discounted hotel room block 
  • A one-of-a-kind encounter with Jesus Christ and the Church through the sacraments
SEEK27 will take place from January 1 to January 5, 2027, in three locations:
  • Columbus, OH: Greater Columbus Convention Center, 400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215
  • San Antonio, TX: Henry B. Gonzalez 900 E Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205

Students on FOCUS campuses are assigned to one of the three locations. To know your assignment, please take a look at the map on this page or ask your missionary team.  

For everyone else, you have the option of all three locations! 

Only a $50 deposit is required to register today! On the Payment page, be sure to click Partial Payment to set your payment amount. This is a non-refundable deposit according to our Cancellation Policy.

SEEK25 was the first year that SEEK sold out at one of our regional locations. This year, we anticipate that SEEK may sell out at any of our SEEK locations. To ensure you reserve your spot, we recommend registering as early as you can!  

If the location is sold out, this will be noted within registration and on the SEEK website. There will be a limited waitlist at the sold out location.

The Making Missionary Disciples Track will take place in both locations

The full Seminarian Experience will take place in Columbus, OH. However, seminarians are welcome to attend any location. 

The Campus Ministry Experience will take place at all locations.

With an Event Pass, you will be provided lunch on each full day of the conference. You are able to note dietary restrictions within the registration process. We do our best to accommodate the most common allergies, but with our large audience, we cannot guarantee that all will be met. Please email [email protected] with any questions about your specific dietary needs.

All boxed lunches will be nut-free. In registration, you may select gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or vegetarian needs. However, not all allergies can be accommodated. For specific questions, reach out to [email protected].

SEEK27 programming begins around 6 p.m. on January 1, 2027. SEEK ends around noon on January 5, 2027. Attendees are recommended to arrive early enough to check in and get dinner before kickoff.

Yes — SEEK offers the “Making Missionary Disciples” track for post-college attendees such as priests and parishioners, designed to provide vision, training, and resources. This track is available in Columbus and Denver. Fort Worth and Columbus will have Post-Collegiate Concurrent Sessions, helping attendees engage and renew their relationship with Christ. All SEEK locations will have impact sessions relevant to all age groups and people at different point in their faith.

Yes — the “Campus Ministry Experience” is tailored for campus ministers and chaplains to engage them in dynamic and fruitful ministry. The Campus Ministry Experience will take place at all 3 locations.

During registration, you may request accommodations (disability assistance or visual/audio assistance). SEEK will follow up in December 2026 to confirm arrangements.

No — everyone, including children, must purchase an Event Pass to attend any part of SEEK27. Day passes are available online or at the Info Booth.

Suggested packing: Mass attire, casual attire, outdoor apparel (jacket, hat — check weather beforehand), Bible, toiletries, money for meals, vendor booths, parking, and gratuities.

Registration Questions

No — one-off group payments cannot be accommodated. Instead, up to 10 people can be added to a registrant’s registration for payment. If your parish is covering costs, group members should register individually and submit receipts for reimbursement.

Each person registers separately for an Event Pass. Group housing can be coordinated through the housing portal, will open in fall 2026 and offers discounted rates.

No scholarships are available. We recommend fundraising to cover costs. However, students on FOCUS campuses, priests, religious, and seminarians receive an automatic discount off the general registration price.

Yes — fundraising is encouraged. Donations to help cover costs are non-refundable and make supporters partners in your mission.

You can log into your registration account with your confirmation code and email to adjust. For other issues, contact [email protected].

Full payment is due by December 15, 2026. FOCUS may charge the remaining balance starting December 16.

Yes — high school seniors may attend with a chaperone. Younger students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

A parent or guardian must download and fill out the parental consent form found in registration and upload it before arrival.

Each person — including children — requires an Event Pass. You can add guests during registration.

Yes — FOCUS may charge remaining balance on your card after the final payment deadline (December 15), as per their cancellation & payment policy.

A confirmation email is sent automatically minutes after registration from [email protected]. Check spam/junk folders. If not found, contact [email protected] to resend.

Staff registration isn’t on the SEEK website. Check the Pilot or contact your SEEK liaison for details.

Event Passes may be transferred to another person of the same type and location by emailing [email protected] with both names and confirmation number. Note: housing portal closes December 15 — transfers after may limit booking ability. FOCUS students must coordinate room use via campus missionaries.

Please email [email protected] and we will cancel your registration for the wrong location on your behalf. Please then reregister for the correct location.

Accommodations

You can book within the discounted hotel block via the SEEK27 housing portal. Students from FOCUS campuses are roomed by missionaries. Details provided in fall via missionaries.

Yes — You can now book your own housing! Visit the housing information page here (link housing page) for how to book. Spots fill quickly; if full, you may join a waitlist. You may also book elsewhere, but discounted rates only via portal.

Note that students and Parishioners that that register with their respective FOCUS campus/Parish will have their room booked on their behalf by their missionary team.

Here are room costs at each location:

Columbus: $129-148 per room per night plus taxes and fees

San Antonio: coming soon.

You may, but discounted rates are only available through the SEEK27 housing portal. Outside bookings won’t have the special rate.

FOCUS campus attendees get roommate assignments from missionaries. Others must arrange their own roommates via the portal; sent to all registrants in an email.

Only HPN Global is official. If contacted by others, report immediately to [email protected].

No — you may choose alternate accommodations, but discounted rates apply only through the portal.

After booking through the portal, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email. For FOCUS campus attendees, missionaries manage assignments and notify.

Yes—additional nights may be available via the housing portal, subject to availability.

Yes — HPN Global is the sole official housing provider. Beware of housing “pirates”—unaffiliated agents may be scams. Report unauthorized vendors to [email protected].

Booking for a Group

  1. Request your sub-block by November 1 using the links below:
  2. Confirm your desire to use group housing; set up your hotel portal login (provided by our housing partner, HPN Global) to begin uploading your rooming lists or send a specialized booking link to members of your group so they can book their rooms. 
  3. Update your needed hotel room quantity per the outlined group block policy.  Be sure to read the cancelation policy below

Important Notes

  • The cost of your hotel room is not included in your registration.
  • You will be required to enter a credit card to guarantee your reservation, but no deposit is required upon booking. Group Payment is available if organized with our housing partners HPN Global in advance.
  • Blocks are assigned on a first come, first served basis. The sooner you request your block, the better chance you have of being placed in a hotel of your choice. The assigned hotel having desired amenities is not guaranteed.
  • Submitting a request is not a commitment; it is an expression of interest in group housing.
  • When submitting your request, estimate high on how many rooms you will need, especially if you are not traveling with a set number of people and may later need to add rooms (it is easier to drop rooms than add).
  • Request any additional rooms by November 1. Please note that it may not be possible to fulfill your request due to availability.
  • For group housing cancellation policies, please see the agreement that will be provided upon requesting a group block.

Booking Individual Hotel Rooms

Upon completing your SEEK registration, you’ll be able to continue on to the SEEK hotel portal to book your hotel accommodations. If you’d prefer to book at a later date, you can also go back to the hotel portal using the link in your SEEK confirmation email.

In the portal, select the property you’d like to stay in and enter the information for yourself and any guests in your room, including your SEEK confirmation number. SEEK’s housing partner, HPN Global, will send an acknowledgement email of your hotel booking once confirmed.

Important Notes

  • The cost of your hotel room is not included in your registration. See below for an overview of available rates.
    • Columbus: $129-$148 per room per night + taxes and fees
    • Denver: $200 per room per night + taxes and fees
    • Fort Worth: $220 per room per night + taxes and fees
  • You will be required to enter a credit card to guarantee your reservation, but no deposit is required upon booking.
  • It is recommended to book your hotel by December 14, but for best availability, book your room as soon as possible. Hotels will fill up as the conference approaches.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    • From November 15, 2025 – December 14: A cancellation fee of $50.00 per room will apply for any reservation that is cancelled.
    • From December 15, 2025 – Arrival Date: Any cancellations will result in a charge of one (1) night’s room and tax per room.  
  • You’ll be able to list any special requests during the booking process.
  • Upon completion of your booking, you will receive an acknowledgement email from our housing partners HPN. You can access your booking directly through this email to make any changes or cancellations. After December 14, email HPN email for any changes or cancellations. 
  • When you arrive onsite for SEEK, be prepared to put down a credit card for incidentals and to pay for your room at the end of your stay.
